Creole Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 cans LeSueur peas
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Remove drippings.
    Saute pepper, onions and celery in
    drippings.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt, optional. Add peas, drained.
    Mix
    well.
    Add
    the
    mushroom and tomato soup.
    Let simmer.
    Pour
    into a casserole dish.
    Crumble the bacon on
    top. Cook
    in
    a 300\u00b0 oven until bubbly throughout. Can be prepared ahead of time;
    frozen and baked when ready to serve.
