Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. granulated sugar

Preparation

Mix and sift dry ingredients.
Work in butter.
Add egg and milk.
Pat into buttered pan.
Mix cinnamon and 3 teaspoons sugar. Sprinkle on top.
Bake in moderately hot oven (375\u00b0) about 20 minutes.
