1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Blend well.
Roll into balls-size of quarters.
Place on shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
