Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    6 large eggs
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs.
    Combine salt and flour. Add alternately with milk, mixing after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla and lemon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 or 1 hour or so.
