Lemon Oat Lacies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. Quaker oats
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar until creamy.
    Add remaining ingredients, except powdered sugar.
    Mix well.
    Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in powdered sugar.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are brown.
    Cool and sprinkle with a little more sugar.
