Sour Cream Porridge(Served At International Night) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 liter (1 pt.) sour cream
    12 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 liter (1 pt.) milk
    salt
Preparation
    Boil the sour cream, covered, for 2 minutes.
    Add half the flour and stir carefully to bring the butter to the surface. (Does not always happen.)
    Skim it off and keep warm.
    Stir in the rest of the flour and add the milk.
    Simmer the porridge for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Salt to taste.
