Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. cabbage
1 lb. carrots
8 oz. onion
1 1/4 qt. salad dressing
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. sugar
1 2/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Shred cabbage and carrots fine.
Chop onion small.
Mix dressing ingredients all together and pour over chopped ingredients.
Stir well.
Best if set overnight.
Stir every couple hours.
Makes 96 (2 1/4 ounce) servings.
