Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium whole tomatoes
1/4 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Cut thin slices from top of each tomato.
Hollow out slightly. Combine salad oil, sugar, onions, salt, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon into center of each tomato.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over top of tomatoes.
Place in 9-inch pie plate or shallow baking dish.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
