Sofrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 leafy stems of cilantro
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    1/4 lb. ajf dulce (small, sweet chili pepper, sliced in half with inner seeds removed)
    6 whole leaves of recao, chopped (small green herb)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until it has a smooth sauce like consistency, adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil while pureeing.
