No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. celery
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Pour soup and milk over rice and mix.
    Lay chicken breasts, thighs or legs over top of rice, skin up, to cover.
    Sprinkle the soup mix over the chicken.
    Cover pan lightly with foil and put in fridge overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours in 9 x 3-inch pan.
