Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 bag tortilla chips
    lettuce, shredded
    fresh tomatoes, diced
    shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and chopped onion. Season to taste with garlic, cayenne pepper and salt. Drain off grease. In double boiler, cook Ro-Tel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese until melted. Crumble chips in casserole dish. Layer hamburger, cheese mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese. Eat and enjoy.
