Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

pie crust, make ahead and chill
1 hen or large fryer, cooked and deboned
10 eggs, boiled and peeled
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. sweet milk
1/2 stick oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine chicken broth, milk and oleo and bring to boil to melt oleo; thicken with the flour.
Put layer of chicken in casserole dish, then layer of sliced boiled eggs and half the broth mixture. Top with crust that has been rolled out thin and bake at 400\u00b0 until done and real brown.
Repeat layer for the second time and again bake at 400\u00b0.
I cut crust with glass, it makes it easier to spoon when serving.
I also use a dish 10 x 12-inches, about 3-inches deep
