Asparagus Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 slices white bread
3 oz. Blue cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. melted butter
1 egg
20 asparagus spears
Preparation
-
Trim crusts.
Flatten bread.
Blend cheese and egg.
Spread on bread.
Roll 1 spear of asparagus in each slice.
Dip in melted butter.
Freeze.
