Chocolate Chip Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    4 1/2 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream margarine until light.
    Add sweetener, water, vanilla and egg.
    Mix well.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Combine chocolate morsels and nuts; add to dough and blend well.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased bakery sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Yields 4 dozen.
