Turtles Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 box German chocolate cake mix with pudding
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 c. pecans, broken
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Combine remaining milk with dry cake mix and margarine.
Press 1/2 of cake mix into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Spread chocolate pieces and pecans over hot cake.
Then spread melted caramel mixture over top.
Spread to edge of pan.
Crumble rest of dough over caramel.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Do not overbake. Cool and cut.
