Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can pineapple, crushed
    5 slices Monk's bread
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar.
    Add margarine.
    Cream until smooth.
    Add pineapple.
    Cube bread and fold in.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
