Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, boiled
    2 c. rice, cooked in broth
    4 c. cream sauce made with broth and milk
    2 small jars pimentos
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. frozen peas
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. mushroom buttons
Preparation
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    I also use chicken flavored bouillon crystals.
