Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar. Add the
    remaining ingredients,
    mixing after each.
    Pour into jelly roll pan (I line with parchment paper)
    and spread evenly. Top with 1 cup chopped walnuts. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle 10x sugar on towel. Flip cake over on towel. Let sit 2 minutes, then roll until cool. Unroll and fill.
