Creamy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mashed potatoes (5)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1 small jar diced pimento
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix
potatoes, cream cheese, egg and salt until creamy. Add onions
and pimento.
Put in ungreased casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
