Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak (1/2-inch thick)
1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Pound flour into beef until steak is 1/4-inch thick.
Cut into strips 1/2-inch wide and 2 inches long.
Brown in butter.
Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
Cook over low heat, covered tightly, for 25 minutes.
Stir occasionally, then stir in sour cream.
Serve over hot, cooked noodles.
