Antipasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box shell macaroni
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
2 stalks celery
3 small green peppers
3 small tomatoes
1 can black olives
1 small jar green olives
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Cook shells according to directions on the box.
Drain well. Cube pepperoni and cheese.
Cut celery, peppers and tomatoes into small pieces.
Toss shells, pepperoni, cheese, celery, peppers, tomatoes, black olives and green olives together.
