Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oats
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 cube oleo
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour boiling water over oats. Let stand 20 minutes. Cream sugars and oleo.
Beat eggs, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.
Add flour, soda and oatmeal.
Mix well and bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
