Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans enchilada (mild) sauce
2 cans taco sauce
1 small can green chilli pepper
approximately 3 lb. ground beef
1 lb. grated cheese
2 to 3 medium onions, cut
2 pkg. frozen tortillas (12 to pkg.)
Preparation

Mix and heat first 5 ingredients in large boiler.
Brown ground beef in skillet.
Fry tortillas.
Dip fried tortillas in sauce mixture.
Put in layer and top with ground beef, onions and cheese. Repeat layers until finished.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
