Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground meat
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
5 Tbsp. Tender Quick
Preparation

Mix and place in airtight container in refrigerator.
Each day for 3 days stir.
On fourth day, make into rolls and bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 8 hours.
Roll over when 1/2 done.
You can use hot pepper if you prefer.
