Sweet And Sour Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
    hot, cooked white rice
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1/3 tsp. instant minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 green pepper, cut in 1/4-inch wide slivers (1/3 c.)
Preparation
    Take leftover turkey, beef, chicken or pork and cut into small pieces.
    Use leftover carrots and potatoes.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Add one can of peas, drained.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Put gravy into mixture.
    Stir well.
    Make pie crust for top or Pillsbury biscuits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
