Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli in microwave and drain.
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
