Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Grease and sprinkle iron frying pan with cornmeal mixture. Mix all ingredients together.
    Add enough water to make a mushy mixture. Pour into pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
