Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. thawed hash browns (2 lb.)
    1 stick butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
