Kielbasa In Polish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, sliced
    1 ring kielbasa (1 lb.)
    12 oz. beer
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    4 to 6 boiled potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. bouillon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter or oleo until golden. Add sausage, bouillon and beer. Simmer 20
    minutes.
    Blend flour into 1 tablespoon butter or oleo. Stir into broth.
    Add vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes.
    Cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes.
    Slice kielbasa into chunks.
    I add this back into potatoes and broth and heat through. (Use beer to your own taste.)
