Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine the first 5 ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk; mix well.
    Add yeast.
    Blend on floured board.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
    Take out amount needed; roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut out biscuits; dip in melted butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
