Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    6 tsp. shortening
    1 c. milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
    As you mix, add a little flour if the dough seems sticky.
    I pat the biscuits out, but you can also roll them out and cut them.
    Makes 12 to 15 biscuits.
