Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1/4 c. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes (do not add milk).
    Then beat all ingredients together with a hand mixer.
    Place in a buttered casserole dish and add more butter on the top.
    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake next day in oven at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1/2 hour or longer, if needed.
