Baked Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    4 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Slice carrots in long strips.
    Place in shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with onion and sugar.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Pour water over.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 10 (3 ounce) servings with 53 calories and 2 g fat.
