Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    6 saltines, finely crumbled
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix crab meat, green peppers, salt, pepper, parsley and mustard.
    Combine egg and mayonnaise and add to above.
    Mix in cracker crumbs and Worcestershire.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Make into cakes and fry in 1/2-inch oil (350\u00b0) about 4 minutes on each side.
    Drain.
