Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion until lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
