Almond Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced cucumber
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. mayo
2 or 3 Tbsp. light cream
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except mayo, cream and almonds. Chill.
Just before serving, blend mayo and cream.
Toss dressing and almonds with salad.
