Lemon Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 chicken breasts
    1 can Campbell's broccoli cream of soup
    1/4 can milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 thin lemon slices
Preparation
    In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Combine soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Pour over chicken. Top each breast with lemon slices. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
