Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 can sliced pineapple
    1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. granulated sugar
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large iron skillet.
    Spread brown sugar over first, then arrange pineapple.
    Place cherry in center of each slice.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat egg yolks until light.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add pineapple juice and flour.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in a moderate 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Turn cake onto plate while hot.
