Jack Jarr Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Cut top lengthwise; scoop out potatoes.
    Put in mixing bowl with butter and a little salt and pepper.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Beat potatoes and butter until smooth.
    Add onion, sour cream and bacon (crumbled).
    Put potatoes back into skins; sprinkle with a little paprika.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
