Snappy Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck or rump roast, stew meat
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. fajita seasoning
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. ketchup
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Put meat in a roasting pan. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then cover the meat with them. Bake at 350\u00b0 in covered roasting pan for approximately 5 hours. While cooking, shred with a fork several times. Serve on a bed of rice with a dinner roll, or make as a sandwich on a hoagie roll.
