Pittsburgh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, cubed and partially boiled (not soft)
    1 onion, sauteed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. bacon (almost crumbly)
    1 lb. shredded Velveeta
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Save 1/2 of Velveeta for top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
