Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nutmeats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold coffee
2 c. diced apples, peeled and cored

Preparation

In a medium bowl cream sugar and oil, add egg and beat by hand well.
In separate bowl sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add sifted items to creamed mixture.
Add nutmeats, cold coffee and apples.
Stir well.
Pour into lightly greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done when tested.
