Beef In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 fluid oz.) bottle or can beer
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 to 5 lb. chuck round or flat bone roast
Preparation
    Mix
    first
    three
    ingredients
    and
    pour
    over
    beef. Simmer, covered for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve with sauce over small potatoes or hot noodles.
    And of course, it's always good with rice too!
