Honey And Mustard Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork tenderloin (2 tenderloins)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    vegetable spray
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Trim all visible fat from tenderloin; sprinkle with pepper. Spray nonstick skillet with vegetable spray.
    Add oil and heat on medium-high.
    Brown tenderloins in skillet for about 10 minutes.
