Sherri'S Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. frozen carrots
20 oz. frozen broccoli
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. evaporated milk
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook carrots and broccoli and drain.
Saute onion in margarine and add to carrots and broccoli.
Stir in soup and milk.
Cut cheese in small pieces and stir into casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or microwave on High for 8 minutes.
