Oven Chicken And Vegetable - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced celery
    2 c. diced carrots
    4 oz. diced onions
    1 (2 1/2 to 2 lb.) broiling chicken
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    poultry seasoning
    garlic (optional)
    oregano (optional)
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In a 2-quart shallow casserole, combine celery, carrot and onion.
    Season chicken.
    Place over vegetables.
    Combine catsup and mustard (spread over chicken).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
    May serve with a baked potato and baked apple for a complete meal!
