Creamy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. all purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. cubed cooked ham
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. cold butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into florets (about 3 c.). Cook in boiling salted water to cover 10 to 12 minutes or until tender; drain and set aside.
