Mexican Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomatoes or 1 large can tomato sauce and 1 can water
    1 can chopped green chillies
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans pinto beans
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion until done; drain off fat.
    Add other ingredients and simmer at least 2 hours or more.
    Serve over Doritos chips, chopped lettuce or chopped tomatoes.
    Top with grated cheese.
