German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled and diced apples
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream together eggs and sugar.
Add oil and mix to this the vanilla.
Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Mix by hand.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
