Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 (No. 303) cans cream-style corn
2 c. milk
4 whole eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
American cheese slices
onion slices
jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Mix whole kernel corn, yellow cornmeal, cream-style corn, milk, eggs, cooking oil, soda and salt.
Brown the ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain the grease off; set aside.
